From the minute I walked through the door I felt comfortable because reception smiled and gave me clear directions to the department i needed. All of the staff were very welcoming and efficient. The medical team I saw were very professional with an immaculate treatment room. Everything was explained to me in a clear manner. I did not feel intimidated and had all my questions answered. Everyone spoke excellent English, which is sometimes a problem for me with my hearing. The positive attitudes and professionalism of all of the staff are a credit to the team I saw.
