"Each time I visited my sister she was well cared..."

Each time I visited my sister she was well cared for & understood. they were patient & compassionate when she was behaving oddly... non- judgemental. They were kind towards her & even added some humour to bring out her fun & playful side. She made lovely friendships with the staff & they all brought smiles & warmth together. She stayed there on 2 occasions. November 2014 & in 2011. Both were of excellent quality and she wanted to go back & say thankyou to them once she has regained her communication skills
