"Thankyou to staff of ward 18"

My Grandad spent a week here before sadly passing away. However, my family cannot praise the staff enough. They did everything possible to make my grandad comfortable to the very end as well as making sure we were all ok whilst visiting, offering tea and toast and giving us the privacy we needed. Staff kept us up to date with his illness and made sure we were all involved in decisions. They made a very sad time that little bit easier, they were brilliant. Thankyou to all the staff on ward 18
