"A card solved medication confusion at Hallamshire"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

My mum was in the Royal Hallamshire twice, the first time on coronary care. She received great treatment and said she couldn’t complain about anything.

But on discharge she was given a load of tablets, some of which duplicated what she was already taking which led to confusion.

On the second discharge, she was given a card explaining everything which was great!
