My mum was in the Royal Hallamshire twice, the first time on coronary care. She received great treatment and said she couldn’t complain about anything.
But on discharge she was given a load of tablets, some of which duplicated what she was already taking which led to confusion.
On the second discharge, she was given a card explaining everything which was great!
