"Bimaxillary Osteotomy treatment and care"

My daughter was referred to Bedford hospital with her severe underbite which was going to require surgery after a lot of brace work. Her consultant changed two years into treatment which did concern us, however this was soon found to be unnecessary. The consultant and his assistant were absolutely fabulous with Emily. They made her feel comfortable and reassured all the way through her treatment. The consultant is clearly an expert in his field and would not be rushed. The doctor who was to do the surgery at Luton & Dunstable hospital and was also very personable yet professional. The care Emily was shown was outstanding by this team. The difference the operation has made to Emily's life goes way beyond the physical result, which in it's self is amazing. It has improved her self esteem immensely. Her social life has improved as she now feels confident to stand among her piers and even able to consider personal relationships. I cannot thank everyone enough for what they have done for my daughter. It has been truly life changing experience which can't be underestimated.. I would recommend this team to anyone needing to undergo this kind of treatment, they couldn't be in better hands. Thank you just doesn't seem enough.
