"A&E, first response car and ambulance fantastic"

On Friday night I had an anaphylactic reaction to come antibiotics... Called 111 for advice, within 3 minute there was a paramedic on my door, 5 minutes after that an ambulance. There's a lot of negatives about the Nhs and ambulance services at the minute, but the level of care I revieved was fantastic and even in the new a&e department I was monitored and treat like a person not a number. Fantastic and thank you for all the help :)
