"Excellent praise for all the staff"

My little boy had elective surgery last week. The surgeon, nursing staff, ward staff and theatre staff were excellent. They reassured me and my son, explained everything and all our options thoroughly, they consulted us and asked what we wanted. The anaesthetist (consultant and his registrar) were wonderful, explaining everything to me and distracting my son. He wasn't once scared and loved everyone there. He remained calm and that's thanks to the staff. I was apprehensive following a bad personal experience when I was younger, but this visit put those fears to rest. The staff were great, the hospital was clean and I'd not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Well done team.
