"Friendly help in Cumbria with an awkward and embarrassing problem"

I think the continence service in Cumbria is a great way of tackling a problem which can be very awkward and embarrassing!

I have seen the adviser at the continence service four times and have found her friendly and encouraging with a very positive approach to the problem. I feel that she takes a personal interest in me and I never feel hurried or under any pressure during our meetings. I am trying to follow her helpful constructive suggestions and am having some success and hoping for more.

I am very grateful for the help I’ve been given.
