"car parking needs sorting!"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

My Daughter was admitted to HRI and I attended for visiting. I drove around the car park for nearly an hour and could not get parked! Rightly so the near by housing areas are now limited times so I could not park near by! I had to go home and get my husband to bring me back, in the time it took me I actually missed visiting which was upsetting for me and my daughter! Parking needs looking into even the poor hard working staff have problems! Luckily Ward 60 were very understanding and still allowed me to attend. The staff are hard working and helpful. My daughter is 19 and was having her first operation, however they still allowed me to wait with her due to how scared she was! Well done Ward 60, first ward I have encountered that actually thought holistically and considered a patients emotional wellbeing as well as their medical care.
