"wasting my time"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

My son who has had an ear infection since the begining of august was referred to the ent department as urgent he was seen at the begin of december and told to make a appointent for a week later when we tryed to do this we were told they could not make appoinments for this dr after phoneing ever day and leaving messages to be called back we have now been waiting for 4 weeks and are still waiting for an appointment and no one seems to care about this
