on the 7th Jan I visited the Endoscopy unit, whilst there a had an allergic reaction. All of the staff there were brilliant, helpful and very professional. Despite my dislike for hospital environments I felt the staff put me at ease and made the situation easy to manage. In particular one nurse on the ward was brilliant!
