"Positive feedback is extremely important"

About: Ipswich Hospital / Vascular surgery

(as the patient),

I recently had vascular surgery in Ipswich Hospital, under the care of Mr Osman.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Mr Osman and his team for taking such good care of me. Everybody was so pleasant and caring, and truly worked as a team to make my experience as stress-free as possible.

Well done to all of you!

I believe people are all too quick to make negative comments about the NHS and I feel strongly that positive feedback is extremely important.

Once again, many thanks to you all.
