"Staff were excellent at Litherland Town Hall"

I took my daughter to Litherland Townhall Health Centre in Sefton because she was complaining of back ache. The staff were excellent.

We waited under two hours and my daughter was tested and had a water infection, but she was complaining with backache from a fall.

The waiting area was very clammy and stank. It badly needs air-conditioning. This needs to change. Also there are not enough dispensers around the waiting area.
