"Haven't heard about appointment"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Cardiac Surgery

(as the patient),

went for my appointments and was told I would need a stent put in, the doctor I seen said I would have it put in before Christmas 2014, I still haven't had it done nor have I heard from them since November 2014
