"taken in with infection from gallstones"

I wasnt to happy with the way I was treated yes arriving at a.e was fast service as they could clearly see I was ill and had jandice. From being see by nurse was very fast and bloods were taken but waiting for pain relife was poor we were told there was only 2doctors on over night so arriving at 4am and not having any pain relive till 7am and seeing the doctor at 7am its a long time to wait when ur are in pain and sicking up pure bile. As of word 11 staff were good apart from the lack of care I had until the 2nd day of being in hospital weekend staff are no good weekday staff are more friendy and careing. As for doctors one was very very rude and was told after complaning to the nurses that as they have so many patients they can be like that but why the hell should they there job is to care for us and to tell us whats wrong. I am very glad a family member pushed they way in and stayed with me all day to record this via phone of how rudethis doctor and his other doctor was and to recored what the two member of staff (nurses) said about them and agreeing that what I was saying they total agreed. Obversly if ur ill and the alex is the only hospital in reach u have to go but lack of communication via doctors and being rude is terrible. Just awaiting now to see if u can send video's to panorma tv to show the public how poor alexadra doctors are!
