"Treated in a very professional manner"

I was referred to the Inter-Musculoskeletal Clinic at Victoria Central Hospital, Mill Lane, Wallasey by my GP in June. First of all the introductory letter received prior to my appointment was excellent as it explained everything I was required to do. When I arrived at the clinic the reception staff were pleasant and informative. Dr Wright’s manner and approach to me was excellent as my treatment was explained in detail. After receiving an injection I left feeling I had been treated in a very professional manner.
