"Welcomed to department by two friendly ladies...."

Welcomed to department by two friendly ladies. Seen very quickly and then treated respectfully and fully explained my options. Lovely nurses and staff in the department on all 3 of my visits. Calm environment which helped alleviate any anxiety. Staff treated other patient with little English with respect and did their upmost to allow satisfaction for that patient. (They were discrete he came outside and was praising them and had leaflets in his spoken language). A lovely busy department who had time to smile and assure you.
