About: Countess Of Chester Hospital

I have not needed serious in patient care at The Countess but on every occasion I have been there as a day patient have been treated extremely well and do not believe I could have been treated better elsewhere. Everybody was extremely professional with good attention to detail. Furthermore they were happy in their work!. In the light of the press reports I always make it my business pass on my gratitude in the hope it will counter the morale sapping criticism from elsewhere. We should also be aware of the suffering there is elsewhere in the world to realise how fortunate we are to have the NHS working for the greatest good for the greatest number. On occasions my appointments have been postponed but at this point it was not serious for me. I hope these remarks reach the people involved
