I am absolutely disgusted by the way me and my partner was treated at my last appointment. I find the staff very rude, I understand how hard it must be in such a Demanding job but there is no reason to take this out of patients. The waiting time is ridiculous to be seen, they are useless and their communication as a whole is not very good. Everything seems to be left last minute. I have been up this hospital every day about a concern that my baby could be smaller for how far gone I am in which I need a growth scan. This appointment has been re arranged 3 times now and I don't think they see the stress this puts on a mum-to-be. Also the lack of respect and the way the staff treat you in triage is absolutely disgusting. The woman who was monitoring my baby's heartbeat had a go at my partner non stop for no reason at all. All he was doing was sitting on his chair leaning closer to me as he was concered what was going on. Giving as much support as he could really. The woman shouted at him and spoke to him as if he was a piece of dirt. As if this was bad enough, she was completely aggressive towards when it came to taken me off the monitor. I am 37weeks pregnant and my body does ache and I do not appreciate having some rip the bands of my stomach without a care in the world and when taking my blood pressure moving me around like I am a rag doll. This was defiantly the worse choice I have had to make choosing this hospital and can not wait till the day I never have to return!
