My story is, as yet, incomplete, but suffice to say I am appalled with the total lack of respect and sheer rudeness I have encountered on Q4 in the Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield.
As the end is not in sight, I do not feel I can put names to this disgraceful fiasco. Following a very unsatisfactory discussion with an extremely rude and precocious member of staff about my dear uncle who is terminally ill I decided to make a complaint to the liaison service. The irony being that this was unmanned and as yet no one has had the courtesy to respond.
However, it would appear that my complaint has been made public knowledge, without my knowledge or any form of discussion with me - so how on earth they have resolved the matter, without speaking to the person making the complaint is somewhat amazing.
Needless to say I have left another message on an unmanned phone number. To be continued.
