"My husband needed surgery and from diagnosis until..."

About: Tameside General Hospital

My husband needed surgery and from diagnosis until the actual procedure, he was treated with dignity and respect. He had an unrelated surgical procedure already booked and the Consultant and his secretary were so accommodating in fitting him in earlier than scheduled. The procedure itself was as a day case and my husband was fit to return to work within 5days. We normally have all medical care privately paid for by BUPA subscriptions but I have to say that the treatment by the Consultant and his team under the NHS at Tameside Hospital was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending TGH to anyone and some of the private hospitals could take a leaf out of Tameside's book
