"Far more pleasant than I expected at Royal Preston"

Having never needed treatment in a hospital before, I didn't really know what to expect, but all went really well.

I was having a mole removed, which was pretty minor, and I saw Mr Bell for an assessment, and 2 weeks later was scheduled into the Day Case Unit for surgery.

On the day everyone was really friendly and helpful, I hardly had to wait, and I was actually in the hospital for a total of 2 hours! I'd just like to say thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful, and making the whole experience far more pleasant that I expected!
