"Appalling communication"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I rang to get biopsy results for four weeks. I was promised that I would receive the results within two weeks. I repeatedly rang the ENT secretaries who either didn't answer the phone or didn't return my calls, in the end I had to ring the complaints line. At this point I assumed the biopsy must be clear. The complaints department were great and got my results it's just a shame the biopsy wasn't clear and I have lost weeks of treatment. Unacceptable.
