"Great experience, one or two issues though."

I have three reviews overdue as I attended three times in December. 1/3. I had an appointment with a consultant but had his registrar on the day. I was very happy with the discussion surrounding tests and what would happen next, but I felt that the gentleman was a little inconsiderate. The room he used was fixed to the waiting room and, after closing the doors, spoke to me almost as though he was shouting, and I have no doubt in my mind that the full waiting room heard the ins-and-outs of my issues with ease, until I made it clear he was making me uncomfortable and lowered his voice. The hospital is very clean. The reason for the low mark is because every single alcohol rub dispenser from the entrance to the department was empty. I understood that you were encouraged to cleanse your hands before entering and upon leaving, but this was not possible. I mark this purely on the basis of spreading germs and bacteria, and hygiene.
