About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Vascular surgery

(as the patient),

I meet a registrar, Dr Stather and the specialist nurse today - I was seen earlier than I anticipated for my appointment, and the whole experience was excellent. Both members of the team really listened to me, which I really appreciated, so I left feeling totally reassured - thank you so much. Having been a health professional, I know the value and importance of really listening to what patients have to say -this is not only cost and time effective for a starter, but so appreciated by all concerned.
