(as a parent/guardian),

Unfortunately I have had to visit A&E twice recently, first on boxing day night with my 4 year old son, upon arriving at A&E reception we were sent into the children section and just after sitting down we were asked to come through I thought to another area but no into the consulting room and the issue seen to with the most friendly, professional, child understanding and quickly, 10 out of 10.

Then tonight after my partner was told to go to A&E by her GP and a call to the hospital, upon arriving we were called in with in minutes after advising reception, the service all evening was exemplary, helpful, informative, friendly, complete with blood test and MRI scan again 10 out of 10 in this time with a third world health service, I don't think so.
