I have have a skin complaint for a few years & finally got referred to the dematologist. I got my letter & called for an apptmnt. Luckily I was able to go in 2 days from when I rang up as they had had a cancellation. the receptionist was friendly & lovely.
Arrived & only had a 10 minute wait. Dr was lovely. Empathetic & explained things clearly. recommended an ointment - which I was sceptical about - having tried everything I could find out there! Anyhow having used it for a week the results are marvellous.
