"Community Dental Team - HCRC - Widnes"

I want to compliment the service my daughter received from the Community Dental team at HCRC in Widnes. The service we have received from the very beginning from Elaine, Mary, David and his nurse, Sheena and Jacqui has been absolutely outstanding!

My daughter was anxious before an extraction that she needed but after having a chat with Sheena and Jacqui and the dentist David she went from one extreme to the other and became excited about it! Everything was explained to her in a step-by-step way so that she knew exactly what to expect at every stage. David knew exactly how to pitch the whole procedure perfectly to a 6 year old girl. She was made to feel grown up about making the decision to have the tooth out, to be very brave and most importantly to feel in control.

My daughter could quite easily have had a negative first experience but because of the care and positive energy from the team she has no fear of any future dental treatment she may need.
