"Hospital lacks improvement"

My family and I visited a close friend in hospital. The hospital isnt very clean, some of the staff are patronising, rude, and lack compassion. Patients are treated like a number, staff lack experience, patients wait longer for treatment. Overall our friend wasnt treated with dignity or respect. This hospital has a extremely bad reputation. I wouldnt recommend this hospital to anyone. The hospital is in alot of debt, this is affecting patient care.
