"Efficient, friendly service"

Impressed! I phoned reception/appointments to ask the name of the registrar I had seen the previous day as I had missed his name. No problem! Mentioned that I would be having a follow up appointment and would have to fit it in with holidays - the immediate response was "we can sort that out now, while you are on the phone" but the person she needed was busy - "don't worry, give me your number and she will phone you back." Sure enough she did, and we found a date that wasn't perfect, but was OK. Problem solved. Blow me down, 10 minutes later, she phoned me back to say she had found a better date for me! Brilliant! Oh, and the Costa cafe, toilets etc are all lovely and clean!
