"Thanks to A&E, UHND"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

My first ever visit to A&E! Only half an hour wait - and that due to shift changeover early Sunday morning. Then the brilliant, friendly, expert, artistic member of staff joined up the big ugly gash in my leg very carefully and skilfully with zillions of SteriStrips, good humour and information on further care during and after my long journey home. Many, many thanks - all is now beautifully healed.
