"excellent care"

from arriving on the ward I was treated with respect and dignity. Nothing was any trouble and staff always had the time to talk, listen and answer any questions you asked. At no time did they make me feel I was a problem patient, even when I put their emergency procedure into place. All who attended and cared for me did so with calmness, professionalism, respect, despite everything that was going on. Every member of staff, domestics, health care assistants, nurses, drs were amazing and deserve praise and I am very thank full to everyone who cared for me and who had the time just to say "hello". The only down side is the ward closes over the weekend and meant moving to another ward to move back again, but compared to overall care this is nothing! Will have no fears or concerns when I stay as a inpatient again. Excellent in every aspect of my care and stay. Thank you
