"Kind staff"

I visited the Orthopaedic Review Department with my 90 year old mother as an outpatient, as a follow up from a fall she had in December. I cannot thank the staff enough for the kindness and understanding they all showed towards both my mother and myself. Too many people complain about the NHS but I cannot praise it highly enough. A thank you in particular to the kind lady who was on reception who went above and beyond to make sure my mother's visit was as quick as possible.
