"My dad's first ever hospital stay, aged 71"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

I am writing this on behalf of my father who was rushed into lincoln for tests and ended up with a pacemaker... He couldnt speak highly enough of the staff and hospital in general. At the age of 71 he has never stayed in hospital and was expecting the worst but every member of staff from cleaners to surgons treated him with respect, care and dignity. He loved the meals and even ate an apple for the first time in years {he thought he had ordered apple crumble lol} thankyou on behalf of my father and the whole family

Dear Anon

Thank you for taking the time to pass on your Fathers’ thanks. It is always nice to have positive feedback. The staff always get to hear the positives as well as the negatives. The positives help to keep us on the right track. We always aim to give a standard of care that we would expect to receive ourselves.

I will pass on your thanks to the EAU team as well.

Teresa
