I had a scheduled knee replacement operation on 11th December. I would like you to know that I was very impressed with the quality of care that I received, not only from the nursing staff but also from the physiotherapy dept. , the operating theatre staff and all the auxiliary staff that were part of my care. I have read a lot of bad press about poor care and dirty hospitals, but this was definitely not the case in Harrogate. Many thanks to all involved in my care. Carole Anderson

I am pleased to learn that you had a good experience with all the various teams that are involved in the care of any patient. All of our staff contribute to our service, whatever their role, as do our volunteers and it is good to know when they work well together in the interests of our patients.
