"I felt safe to unleash some grief that was just too hard for me to release"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

Struggling with feeling of guilt after the loss of my lovely sister and coming to terms with diagnosis of my husband’s MS, sent me into a downward spiral of despair, fear, anxiety and worthlessness.

My counsellor Keith, enabled me to face up to feelings and fears and I felt safe to unleash some grief that was just too hard for me to release.

What a true professional and such a kind, calm, caring and intuitive gentleman. I have the skills to put my emotions into the “correct place”. I have enjoyed my “sharing time” with Keith. Thank you 
