"Exceeded my expectations!"

Due to a back injury I had to have an MRI scan. I received a brilliant service but there was a long waiting time from the initial referral. It would have been good if it was sooner. The receptionist went out of her way to contact me when I appeared on the list which exceeded my expectations! The smokers outside looked like staff which I was disgusted by. But I received a very quick service as I was only sitting in the waiting room for 5 minutes then taken to the scan. I would have wanted confirmation on who to contact next, the time scale of the results and whether the scan was ok. But overall excellent, thank you.
