About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I received an appointment through the post from TRAQS for a hip & thigh examination at PRH. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout.

I saw a locum, a very pleasant gentleman. I was examined and sent for another X-ray, bloods, urine and blood pressure. Weight/height was asked, to give a medical history. Afterwards, I was offered a hip replacement on cancellation for another patient. I accepted and was at the hospital from 10: 40am until 15: 20pm and was made to feel comfortable and relaxed at all times. Thank you.
