About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Donnington Health Centre-Even though the appointment didn’t go to time the clinic was peaceful and relaxing. When speaking to eye doc I was worried but after an examination I was put at ease. He made good conversation and not about the reason I was there. Just wanted to say thank you
