"Not good enough"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Having waited 8 weeks for an appointment, I found out I was not even on the system. After going back to the GP system I now find I have to wait a few more weeks, not good enough.

I am disappointed to read of your experience but as all comments posted by Patient Opinion are anonymous we are unable to investigate further without additional information.
