"My experience from beginning to end was very good"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

It was approximately two and a half weeks before I was contacted by TRAQS. I thought my referral had been forgotten, as my husband (who visited the doctor on the same day as myself), was contacted within 3 days.

Otherwise, my experience from beginning to end was very good.

Thank you for taking the time to provide the TRAQS team with feedback following your recent referral.

I am disappointed to hear that TRAQS took longer than expected to contact you. Unfortunately we do, on occasion, have to ask for more information from the referring GP which may take a few days to be shared with us and this can delay our intial contact.

However, I am pleased that once contact was made by TRAQS your experience was very good.
