About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Simple booking procedure, 1st appointment was approximately 40 mins explaining symptoms + problems. The physiotherapist was very professional, made me feel at ease and gave me encouragement whilst doing exercises. I was given exercises to go away with and continue at home

Booking of further appointments was straightforward. Appointments were always on time, I never had to wait past my appointed time slot.
