When you arrive at the main entrance you have to take in a deep breath so as to avoid inhaling other people’s cigarette smoke. Cigarettes butts lay all around the outside of the hospital. The appointment I had with the rheumatologist will be my last. He was arrogant, uncaring and dismissive of my concerns.
