A truely fantastic department with fantastic staff. I was a very frightened patient undergoing extremely invasive tests. I was looked after by two very reassuring senior nurses. The consultant undertook the tests and the three of them were so reassuring throughout the procedures. I could not have asked for better care. I was in the department for some 2 1/2 hours/ I went to the department full of concern but once the procedures got underway I began to feel in very safe and caring hands. First Class Service.

Dear Ms Baulch,

It is always comforting to hear that a patient has been given the treatment they deserve, by the staff here on the Endoscopy unit. I am so pleased that your experience on the unit was a good one. The staff here endeavour to provide a good service using correct practice, and when someone like yourself then makes the effort to applaud that service, it makes us all smile.

It is always nice to receive praise and I would like to thank you very much on behalf of the staff here.
