After booking an appointment in October for Neurology department which I had to wait until January for, I have called to ask about my confirmation letter only to find that my appointment has been cancelled by the hospital.I was not notified that the appointment was cancelled. And now my appointment has been moved back until April. Which means I have to put up with my headaches for 3 more months! The NHS is disgusting!
"Disgraceful service!!"
