Had to attend a and e with my 18 year old daughter yesterday as she had been unable to pass urine for 18 hours and was in a lot of discomfort. The doctor we saw was so polite, friendly and professional, and the nurse who carried out the necessary procedure was exactly the same, and really put my daughter at ease. The staff were clearly very busy, but dealt with us as efficiently as possible

THe staff have been under a great deal of pressure but pride themselves on their patient care, so we're pleased to hear that your daughter's experience was good. Thank you for sharing this.
