"Shocked to my core."

I am totally shocked to my core about the ENT service, after years of not being able to breath through my nose, after four years of laying on my sofa because I'm too dizzy and nauseated to do anything, i finally get an appointment, to be told i can't have anything done because I've already had surgery on my nose, reality is I've never had the surgery, i get called a liar to my face and spoken to in the most despicable manner, even though i am told my airways are completely blocked, i refuse to leave until something is done! I'm fobbed off with another appointment with a better qualified doctor! The better qualified doctor just scoffs at me, comparing me to a private patient who is an olympic rower who gets along fine with a similar condition, when i ask if i need the surgery i get no answer, being told its up to me! Ive never been so upset in my life, the anger i felt at being talked to like i was nothing...a liar! i felt bullied and humiliated at the hands of these doctors, its a disgrace! even after i had surgery i was left with problems and still i was promptly discharged! no after care what so ever!
