I attended Dewsbury Health Centre to have a toe nail removed today. My appointment was on time and Charlie and Ian who carried out the procedure were very pleasant and efficient, explaining what was to be done and the follow-up care.

Although the procedure hit a snag due to a previous procedure, 17 years ago, not being carried out properly, they explained the options if the nail should grow back. The whole thing took about 40 minutes and I was at home with my feet up after 50 minutes. Well done Locala and the NHS!
