"A team effort"

Many times over the past few years we had occasions to attend hospital with my 91 year old mother in law. Different hospitals have different standards and we assume that they all meet some sort of minimum. Chorley has a standard that far exceeds any we have seen or experienced. Helpful, kind, technically excellent and spotlessly clean. In a time when your staff are under pressure and funding is always an issue we as Joe public have been programmed to expect low standards across the board. When I stopped a cleaner on duty last night to compliment him on how clean the place was he told me it is a team effort. May be that's what makes the difference.
