"THE COBDEN UNIT"

About: Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as the patient),

In my opinion, the place is a disgrace - I saw dirty showers and toilets. I felt as though I was bullied and suffered racist abuse. Some patients were unhygenic and I did not see people being helped to wash.

The nurses seem over worked but try hard to help you and the consultant is the first one who listened to me and gave me medication which actually helped.

You can smoke which helps when the voices are bad.

There a number of good staff who should be thanked.
